Ingredients:
- 500g of robust bread flour
- 375ml Guinness
- 7g quick-acting yeast sachet
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 30 grams of melted butter

- Place the yeast, salt, and flour in a large mixing basin. Stir to combine, making a well in the middle of the basin. Slowly add the melted butter and Guinness, stirring to combine and make a rough dough.
- Place the dough mixture onto a surface and knead it until it is smooth and springy, about ten minutes.
- In an airtight container that has been lightly oiled, let the dough rise until it has doubled in size.
- Set the oven's temperature to 220°C, 390°F, or gas mark 6. After the dough has risen, deflate it and form it.
- Transfer to a baking pan and let rise again for about half an hour.
- Put in the oven for 25 minutes on the center rack when it has been preheated.
