USE & CARE

To use the Avanti Fondant Cutter/Embosser Set:
  1. Snap the axle of the chosen wheel into the handle slot.
  2. For cutting strips, attach the straight-edge cutting wheel.
  3. Roll out fondant on a cutting mat with grid lines, using grid marks to determine the width.
  4. Roll the wheel along a ruler to cut perfect strips.
  5. For embossing, attach one of the seven patterned wheels (wavy or ridged).
  6. Roll the wheel along the fondant in any direction to create dots or waves for texture.
  7. Remove strips from the mat with the included angled spatula.
