Use & Care
- Lightly coat each cup with butter. - Fill a 25-30cm pan with water to near the rim of the poacher. Bring water to a rolling boil on medium-high heat. Do not let the pan boil dry! - Place the poacher in the pan. - Crack your eggs carefully and empty them into the poaching cups, one egg per cup. Be cautious not to pierce the yolks as you crack them. - Place a lid on the pan and reduce heat to simmering. - Cook on medium heat until the whites are no longer runny. For soft poached eggs, cook approximately 4 minutes or until whites are set but yolks are runny. - For regular poached eggs, cook approximately 6 minutes or until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard. - Hand washing recommended. Wash with hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry with a soft cloth.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
