Use & Care

• To prevent food from burning and sticking, use only low to medium heat
• Do not use the high heat setting or booster setting on induction stoves
• Heat the grill well before adding food
• Do not heat empty - use a little oil or greased absorbent paper before cooking
• Avoid dishwasher use for items with wooden handles
• Avoid drops and knocks, especially on the edges of the product
• Do not use metal scrapers or utensils
• Do not cut up food inside the grill to avoid enamel damage
• Dry the cookware completely after washing before storing
• If rust appears, rub a little cooking fat on affected spots
