Use & Care

  • To prevent food from burning and sticking to the grill, use low to medium heat only. Never use the high heat setting or the booster setting on an induction stove.
  • Ensure the grill is heated well before adding food, and avoid heating it empty.
  • Avoid putting enamelled cast iron cookware in the dishwasher, especially items with wooden handles.
  • Prevent drops and knocks to keep the grill free of chips and in top shape. Do not use metal scrapers or other metal utensils. Avoid cutting food inside the grill to prevent damage to the enamel.
  • Dry the grill completely after washing before storing it away. For cookware with black matte enamel, follow instructions to address white spots caused by minerals or starch from food.
IMPORTANT: NEVER use the booster setting on an induction stove.
