The Emile Henry Cheese Baker has been designed to fit and bake a whole round of cheese such as brie or Camembert, but you can also use other cheeses such as feta, mozzarella, goat cheese, ricotta, and so on. Simply place the cheese in the baker, add sweet or savory ingredients such as dried apricots and toasted walnuts, a splash of wine or cider, close the lid and put in the oven. Once baked, serve directly in the baker.

Product Availability and Delays:
If there are issues with product availability or delays (e.g., out of stock or delivery to a rural/remote location), we will notify you promptly. In such cases, you may choose to cancel the order, and a refund will be provided for undelivered products.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
