- The collection is lightweight but highly reactive on an induction surface, heating quickly and distributing heat evenly during the cooking process.
- Once hot, it sears and browns exceptionally well.
- The Braiser is our most popular piece in the range; a cross between a casserole and a sauté pan.
- The even heat distribution throughout the ceramic is ideal for enhancing the flavors while simmering, very gently, without burning.
- The dimples on the underside of the lids concentrate the evaporated juices, which fall back onto the ingredients in tiny droplets, ensuring your food remains moist and full of flavor.
- Suitable to use on gas, electric, and induction cooktops, as well as gas and electric ovens.
Care Instructions
- Allow to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Do not pour cold water onto a hot dish or it may break from the thermal shock.
- Dishwasher safe but we recommend washing by hand.
- For stubborn residue, soak in hot water and white vinegar before placing in the dishwasher.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
