Constructed using squeeze-cast aluminium made from 93–96% recycled material, the pan heats quickly and distributes heat evenly across the entire cooking surface. The heat-resistant Bakelite handle is securely attached using a patented rivet-free system that eliminates screws and springs. Performance & Everyday Cooking
The STRATANIUM non-stick surface allows controlled browning while maintaining dependable food release, helping reduce the need for excess cooking oil. Combined with pressure-cast aluminium construction, the pan retains and distributes heat efficiently, supporting consistent cooking results. The 20cm size is particularly well suited for preparing single servings, breakfast dishes, delicate foods, and quick sautéing where precision heat control is important.
Maintenance & Care
- Avoid overheating the pan, as excessive heat can reduce the effectiveness of the non-stick surface.
- Preheat the pan on medium heat for a few minutes before cooking, with or without oil.
- Avoid aerosol cooking sprays as they can burn at lower temperatures.
- Allow the pan to cool for several minutes before washing.
- Clean with warm soapy water and a soft nylon scourer to remove food residue and oils.
- Do not use abrasive cloths, steel wool, or harsh cleaning chemicals.
- Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the cookware.
- Ensure the pan is clean and dry before storing.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.

In the event that items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@livingstyles.nz within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you, contingent upon availability.
