Maintenance and Care
Before First Use:
- Wash the pan in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth/brush. Avoid using harsh scourers.
Routine Cleaning:
- After cooking, allow the pan to cool before adding cold water. Remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush. Heat tint or streak marks can result from excessive high heat. Avoid using excessive high heat. To remove streak marks, create a paste by mixing 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate soda with water. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as usual.
- While the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend the product's lifespan. For exceptional results, consider using SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner for an "as new" finish.
