Important Usage Guidelines
- Avoid overheating, as excessive heat may reduce non-stick performance.
- Do not use aerosol cooking sprays due to potential residue build-up.
- Preheat on medium heat for several minutes before cooking.
- Stainless steel handles may become hot during extended cooking; use oven mitts when necessary.
Cleaning Instructions
- Allow the saucepan to cool for approximately 5 minutes before washing.
- Clean in warm soapy water using a soft nylon scourer.
- Avoid abrasive pads, harsh cloths, or aggressive cleaning pastes.
- Ensure the saucepan is fully clean and dry before storage.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy

- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.

- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
