Maintenance and Care
Keep your SCANPAN Impact Multi Pot Set in top condition with these care instructions:- Before first use, wash the pot in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth/brush. Avoid harsh scourers.
- For routine cleaning, wait until the pot has cooled, then remove food and fat residue using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush. Avoid excessive high heat, which can cause heat tint or streak marks.
- To remove streak marks, create a paste by mixing 2 tablespoons of bi-carb soda with water. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as normal.
- While the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend the product's lifespan. For even better results, use the SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner to restore it to an "as new" finish.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy

- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
