Maintenance and Care

  Before First Use:
  • Wash the pans in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth/brush. Avoid using harsh scourers.
Routine Cleaning:
  • After cooking, allow the pans to cool before cleaning. Remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush.
  • Avoid using excessive high heat, as it may cause heat tint or streak marks. To remove streak marks, create a paste by mixing 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate soda with water. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as normal.
  • While the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend the life of the product. For even better results, use the SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner for a "like new" finish.
