With a practical 22cm diameter and 2.8L capacity, this saucepan is ideal for preparing sauces, soups, vegetables, pasta, and everyday stovetop dishes. The durable stainless steel body protects the copper core while sealed edges prevent aluminium exposure, maintaining both safety and longevity. A sturdy helper handle and ergonomic riveted handle provide excellent balance and control, even when the pan is full.
The included tempered glass dome lid allows you to monitor cooking progress without lifting the lid, helping maintain heat and moisture inside the pan. Maintenance and Care
- Before first use, wash the saucepan in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Avoid using harsh scourers or abrasive cleaning pads that may damage the surface.
- Do not pour cold water into a hot pan, as sudden temperature changes may cause distortion.
- Cook using moderate heat; excessive high heat can cause discoloration or heat tint marks.
- Always remove food residue and cooking fats after each use using warm soapy water.
- Do not use oven cleaners or harsh chemical cleaners on the cookware.
- The saucepan is dishwasher safe, however hand washing is recommended to maintain the best appearance and extend the life of the cookware.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.

In the event that items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@livingstyles.nz within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you, contingent upon availability.
