Use & Care:

  • Use low to medium heat to prevent food from burning and sticking
  • Never use the high heat setting or booster setting on an induction stove
  • Preheat the pan and apply a little oil or greased absorbent paper before cooking
  • Do not routinely put enamelled cast iron cookware in the dishwasher
  • Avoid drops and knocks to keep it free of chips
  • Do not use metal scrapers or other metal utensils
  • Do not cut up food inside the pan to prevent damage to the enamel
  • Dry the cookware completely after washing before storing it
  • If rust patches appear, rub a little cooking fat on them
  • For cookware with black matte enamel, follow the same instructions for drying and applying a layer of oil
