Maintenance and Care

 

Before First Use:

To ensure a pristine start, wash the roaster in hot soapy water using a gentle nylon brush. Avoid using harsh scourers.  

Routine Cleaning:

After creating culinary masterpieces, empty the contents and employ a soft nylon scourer to diligently cleanse the pan with hot soapy water. This ensures that all food fats and residues are thoroughly removed. Remember, never resort to harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Finally, dry and store the roaster appropriately. While the roaster is dishwasher safe for convenience, SCANPAN always recommends hand washing as the best practice to extend the life of this exceptional product.
