Manufactured in Denmark, the roaster is crafted from recycled squeeze-cast aluminium, a material known for its excellent heat conductivity and durability. This dense casting process distributes heat evenly across the pan, helping reduce hot spots and supporting consistent roasting results.
The cooking surface features SCANPAN’s exclusive STRATANIUM non-stick coating, engineered to provide dependable food release and strong wear resistance. The coating is PFOA-free and designed for long-term everyday use.
This roaster is built for convenient cooktop-to-oven cooking. Sear and brown meats directly on the cooktop before transferring the pan to the oven for roasting, then return it to the cooktop to prepare sauces or gravies using the natural cooking juices. A durable stainless steel rack is included to elevate food and allow fats to drain during roasting.

Cooking Versatility
The spacious roasting pan provides ample room for preparing large roasts, whole chickens or turkeys, vegetables, and baked dishes. The included rack lifts food above the pan surface to allow better heat circulation and natural fat drainage, helping achieve evenly roasted results.
Its durable aluminium body also allows the pan to be used on the cooktop for browning ingredients or preparing gravies and sauces, offering flexibility across multiple cooking techniques.
Maintenance & Care
Before First Use
Wash the roaster in warm soapy water using a soft nylon brush or cloth. Avoid abrasive scourers or harsh cleaning products.
Routine Cleaning
After cooking, allow the roaster to cool slightly before washing. Clean with warm water, mild detergent, and a soft nylon scourer to remove food residue and oils. Avoid abrasive cloths or aggressive cleaning agents.
Although dishwasher safe, SCANPAN recommends hand washing to maintain optimal non-stick performance and extend the life of the cookware.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.
