Crafted in Denmark, the stockpot features a strong 18/10 stainless steel body that provides long-lasting durability and excellent resistance to corrosion. The base incorporates an aluminium core, which helps distribute heat quickly and evenly across the entire cooking surface. This design reduces hot spots and allows for better temperature control when simmering large quantities of food.
The pot includes a tempered glass lid that allows you to monitor cooking progress without lifting the lid, helping retain heat and moisture during cooking. Its elegant polished exterior finish complements modern kitchen aesthetics, while the drip-free pouring rim makes transferring liquids or soups easier and cleaner.
For added convenience, the interior of the pot includes capacity markings for accurate measurements when preparing recipes. Maintenance and Care
Proper care helps maintain the appearance and performance of your SCANPAN stockpot.
- Before first use: Wash the stockpot in warm soapy water using a soft nylon cloth or brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Avoid harsh scourers or abrasive cleaners that may damage the surface.
- Allow the pot to cool before washing; do not pour cold water into a hot pan.
- Clean with hot soapy water and a soft nylon brush to remove food residue and cooking fats.
- Excessive high heat may cause heat tint or streak marks; moderate heat is recommended for best results.
- To remove streak marks, mix 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate soda with water to form a paste and gently rub with a soft cloth before rinsing.
- The cookware is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to extend product life.
- For restoring shine, a specialised stainless steel cleaner such as SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner may be used.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.
Delivery Limited to New Zealand:
At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
We are dedicated to the quality of our products and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with any item you bought from our website, you have the option to return the product for a refund or exchange within a 14-day period. Please adhere to the following conditions:
- All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase from The Living Styles must be included with the returned items; no exceptions will be made to these conditions.
- Since our deliveries are freight-free, you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us via courier. All refund will be processed after deduction of the shipping we have paid.

In the event that items arrive damaged, please contact us at info@livingstyles.nz within 2 days of delivery. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you, contingent upon availability.
