Each cocotte is individually cast using a traditional sand mould process, creating a unique finish with long-lasting durability. The heavy, tight-fitting lid features self-basting spikes that continuously circulate moisture, helping to lock in flavour, aroma, and nutrients without constant monitoring.
The black matte enamel interior enhances browning and caramelisation while resisting scratches and wear. Suitable for all cooktops, including induction, this cocotte moves seamlessly from stovetop to oven to table.

Delivery Timeframe:
We aim to deliver all stocked items within 3-5 working days after confirming the receipt of your order. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate.
Signature Required Delivery:
All delivery orders will be personally delivered with a signature obtained for security. If you are not at home, a card will be left in your letterbox, and the courier company will arrange a suitable delivery time with you.
Physical Delivery Address Required:
We cannot deliver to a PO Box address; please provide a physical address. Once the courier uplifts your order, the delivery is controlled by them. While we strive to meet the desired time frame, the risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues. Our courier provides a Track & Trace service, and we will supply this information if required.

At present, we only deliver within New Zealand. We do not offer delivery services outside of New Zealand.

Return Policy
